Attention members, this is an official notice to inform you that as a member of USW7135, you are entitled the right to a grievance procedure under the circumstance that you feel your rights have been violated. In order to request grievance, please abide by the following procedure. Firstly, ensure you have all important documents including pay stubs, notes, witnesses, etc. Grievance meetings will be held in conference C on every other Thursday with the exception of back log getting larger. Also, please ensure that you request a union representative when being disciplined into the collective agreement, specifically section 5/V, page ten.
